1. Service Description
Trooklo provides managed Google Tag Manager Server-Side container hosting. We run GTM server containers on your behalf, handle SSL certificates, and provide custom domain support.
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Trooklo only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to collect data without proper user consent, violate privacy laws, or engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure or other users.
4. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly. Request overages may result in automatic plan upgrades or temporary service restrictions. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions or data processing delays.
6. Limitation of Liability
Trooklo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
